About Aldridge Counselling Services (ACS)

I provide professional, confidential counselling for adults and couples in Hertford, Hertfordshire, alongside online counselling across the UK.

People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxiety or panic, struggling with the impact of trauma, concerned about alcohol or drug use, experiencing difficulties within a relationship, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward.

My approach is integrative and humanistic. Rather than applying the same model to everyone, we begin by understanding you, what is happening in your life and what you would like to change.

Alongside more than a decade of counselling experience, I have an extensive professional background within addiction services, including residential rehabilitation and detoxification. I have also undertaken specialist training in complex trauma and PTSD and couples counselling.

I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you can talk openly, understand difficult experiences and begin making meaningful changes.

Face-to-face counselling is available in Hertford, with online counselling available across the UK
